FBGCA Class Schedule - 2010

Classes are held on the 3rd Saturday of the month at Fischer & Wieser's Das Peach Haus,
1406 South US Hwy 87 (Washington St,) in Fredericksburg, Texas.
Classes are usually limited to 12 participants. Minimum of six participants required for each class.
Prices vary by class. Menus may vary.
Classes include ample samples of the prepared dishes and copies of all the recipes demonstrated.

As we wait for the cooling breezes of Autumn, we will capture the fleeting flavors of summer with dishes that feature fresh basil, vine-ripe tomatoes, garden fresh squash, and a last chance at Fredricksburg peaches. Class includes ample samples of all the dishes and all the recipes, too.
